When you follow a booking link, Square collects the appointment, contact details, and any note you enter on its pages. Approved payments are also processed by Square. Card details are entered on Square’s secure payment page, not in this website’s inquiry form. Square’s own privacy terms apply to those pages.
Optional scheduling preferences include your preferred date, time window, and time zone. These are sent with your inquiry to arrange a suitable time; they do not reserve an appointment.
Your inquiry
The request form sends your name, email address, reply preference, task description, recipient category, selected service, and a request reference to Digital Sconce through Netlify Forms. If you request a phone call, it also sends your phone number. Shredding inquiries include approximate document volume and a city or postal code. This information is used to review and respond to your request. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or create a booking or payment.
Services involved in delivery
Netlify processes and stores inquiry submissions for Digital Sconce. We use the information to respond and arrange support. When email notifications are enabled, inquiry details are also delivered to our Proton Mail business mailbox. Records remain until deleted; we do not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period. If you do not receive an acknowledgment, contact us directly by email. Website hosting may process technical logs. Images load from this website; Google Fonts receives connection information such as your IP address and browser details when fonts load. No advertising or conversion-tracking scripts have been added by Digital Sconce.
If you change the light or dark appearance, your choice is stored in this browser tab’s session storage so it follows you between pages.
Keep sensitive information out
Do not send passwords, recovery phrases, identity documents, payment-card numbers, or financial account details through this form or ordinary email. For digital-wallet guidance, pause screen sharing whenever passwords, private keys, or recovery phrases appear. We do not ask you to send, read aloud, or show those details. It is not a secure document-upload service. No payment information is collected by this website. Any later account access or document sharing requires an agreed method and your specific permission.
Family support
A family member may arrange help, but the person receiving assistance controls access to their accounts and decides what is shared. Being the payer does not grant access to someone else’s information. The service is intended for adults.

For questions or to request correction or deletion of inquiry information held by Digital Sconce, email digitalsconce@protonmail.com. Requests are subject to identity verification and applicable recordkeeping needs. Provider-held information is also subject to the providers’ policies.
